3. Health & Care Responsibility: Upon receiving your pet, the buyer assumes full responsibility for its ongoing care, nutrition, veterinary check-ups, and living environment.

4. Limitation of Liability: COTON KENNEL BONCO shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper care, unauthorized medical treatments, or external environmental factors after delivery.
